Price growth to completion

Pre-sale means buying an apartment at the earliest stage, when the developer offers the lowest price to attract the first capital into the project. As construction progresses, the price per square metre rises, and by completion the property is worth noticeably more.

The investor earns on that spread: you can sell before or after completion, locking in the price growth, or keep the unit for rent. Entry starts from $10,000 via an interest-free developer instalment plan, so you can participate without the full amount upfront.

The key factor is the developer's reliability. We work only with vetted developers (for example, bank-financed ones) where construction does not depend on the pace of sales, and we verify legal cleanliness before the deal.

How it works

1. Select a reliable project

We take only projects with confirmed financing and a strong developer reputation, where construction-delay risk is minimal.

2. Enter at the launch price

We lock the minimum pre-sale price and arrange the instalment plan. The earlier the entry, the greater the upside.

3. Value growth during construction

As construction milestones are reached, the price per square metre rises. Your asset's value grows without extra outlay.

4. Exit: sell or rent

Before or after completion we realise profit by selling, or move the unit into the rental strategy for income.

FAQ

How is pre-sale different from a regular purchase?

At pre-sale you enter at the minimum price at the start of construction, not at the market price of finished housing. This gives upside potential by completion but requires time and confidence in the developer.

What are the risks of buying off-plan?

The main risk is construction delay or stoppage. We reduce it by working only with developers that have confirmed financing (e.g. bank-backed), where construction is independent of sales, and by checking documents before the deal.

Can I sell before completion?

Yes. Assigning the rights to the apartment before completion is a valid scenario: you lock in the price growth without waiting for construction to finish. Terms depend on the developer and we verify them in advance.

Do I need the full amount upfront?

No. Most projects offer an interest-free developer instalment plan over the construction period, so you can enter from $10,000 and pay the balance on schedule.
